NOSHOK 500 Series Standard, Soft Seat Needle Valves

NOSHOK 500 Series Standard Soft Seat Needle Valves are rigorously tested, with each unit undergoing a 100% helium leak test at a rate of 1 x 10-4 ml/s to ensure exceptional performance and reliability. These valves feature a pressure rating of 6,000 psi at 200 °F and are designed with a replaceable Acetal seat and straight-through porting, allowing for bidirectional, high-capacity flow and straightforward cleaning with a rod. The blow-out proof stem offers a secondary seal when fully open, enhancing safety and durability.

To protect against corrosion and galling, the valves incorporate an FKM o-ring seal and a PTFE back-up ring beneath the stem threads, with PTFE packing available for specific NPT sizes. All stems are made from 316 stainless steel, ensuring robust and reliable operation.
